Obesity has been an ever increasing problem specially in children. By taking proper care it can be prevented right at the early stage. A Parent has to take care of the habits a child, including the food habits. These habit patterns play an important role in determining a healthy lifestyle of a kid.
The main problem of obesity can begin with the eating habits. The food that we eat can make us or break us. More than the food we eat it is about eating the right amount of food or the right quality of food.

Children can tend to develop the habit of laziness right in the early stages of the childhood. This can carry on into later stages of the their life. Due to inactivity they fail to burn the necessary amount of calories everyday. This can lead to a gradual weight gain which causes obesity.
Make the child indulge in different physical activities such as the games and sports can play a major role in burning the necessary amount of calories and also helps in the maintenance of the fitness of the child.
Healthy lifestyle: A healthy lifestyle is formed by practicing balance between all things. Help the child in balancing all things in his life. Help the kid in having a positive frame of mind related to all things in his life.
Parents play an important role in the habits a child develops. By taking care of the child in every aspect, obesity in children can be cut down drastically.
